Great interview with Frank Reed! I like this site as well; even under construction.  And it's funny, I looked at the resource list, because I needed some advice on making a major decision and saw the one titled "just decide", and thought it might be applicable.  Strangly enough, as o read it, I felt like it was talking directly to me :-) God is truly amazing.
